The rent is... (Verified Renter) The rent is very high. The leasing office staff were horrible. Very glad they changed by the end of my lease. The new staff were a lot more knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. Good move by the Strand.

The appliances and... (Verified Renter) The appliances and windows are definitely apartment grade - cheap, and not well maintained. Windows dripped water everywhere because they are not double paned. The only reason I was paying that high of a rent was because of the view - otherwise, the place was about the level of something I'd have rented in college. We love everything... (Verified Renter) We love everything about the neighborhood, the building, and the staff. The concierge staff is top notch. The only hesitancy that I would have about recommending the building is the other residents. There is a really obnoxious group that takes over the pool area the entire weekend, which really takes away from the vibe of the community.
management lives in... (Verified Renter) management lives in the building. They are apart of The Community and as long as they live here I want to stay in that environment.
