I think that... (Verified Renter) I think that 2 bedroom apt homes should either be half of what your charging, or it should come with 2 spots. Also gym equipment (elliptical) has been broken since January.
Would not: lack... (Verified Renter) Would not: lack of guest parking & appliances not in good shape, and these are things that impact everyday living in the apartment. Otherwise, location and amenities are great in the building.
The only issue... (Verified Renter) The only issue I have are the false fire alarms that have sounded nearly a dozen times since I moved in approx. 7 years ago. Infuriating when it is 3am. Esp since there has only been one actual fire. All others to my knowledge have been unwarranted. Other than that hassle, it is an ideal pace to live.

Construction outside has... (Verified Renter) Construction outside has been a pain but I understand LPC cant control that. The building construction or cleaning outside has been a daily nuisance. I dont know if they're fixing an apartment or cleaning the outside of the building but for the last two weeks there has been noise throughout the day which affects someone trying to work/study/sleep. We loved living... (Verified Renter) We loved living at the Strand. All of the staff were extremely friendly and did a great job. Due to financial circumstances, we decided to make a move. Otherwise, we would still be living there.
