Poorly maintained facility While the concierge and maintenance staff and views and location are excellent, the amenities are poorly maintained (i.e., things the building has to retain 3rd party vendors to fix) especially for the very expensive rent. Currently, the only two treadmills in the gym remain out of order and have been that way for about a month now. Nice place The apartment are some nice apartment. There in a good location. There clean and the person that work here are very friendly. There are truly a nice place to live it overlooking the St John River just a beautiful place to liIve.
The Strand is luxury living with beautiful views and friendly people I love my apartment for so many reasons. The views are amazing overlooking the St. John's river, the management, concierge and maintenance staff cater to your every need, the residents are friendly and there is always some type of special event to bring the residents together.
