I think the... (Verified Renter) I think the building needs to do a better job assessing if dogs are socialized and house trained. Our dog was often attacked and we would always see urine or worse from dogs in the hallways or in the elevator.
For the price... (Verified Renter) For the price the building needs elevator upgrade and nicer interior appointments. The view is gorgeous and those upgrades would make this absolutely perfect

No guest parking.... (Verified Renter) No guest parking. Also, Recent new parking spaces have been issued to “Monster Trucks”! It is extremely difficult to park with these illeagal(?) off-road(?) trucks. Go and check out the area near where maintainence personnel park.

Stay clear of The Strand "Luxury Apartment" Nothing luxury about it. CONCIERGE: DON'T be mislead!!!!! Basically this persons job is to tell you there is no where to park and that you have package. Don't expect ANYTHING else. PARKING NIGHTMARE!!!!! PARKING SPACES IN THE GARAGE ARE ASSIGNED!!! When I moved I was assigned a parking spot in the garage, I parked there for 2 weeks. The pool is... (Verified Renter) The pool is a joke! Specially during the holidays where people abuses in inviting too many guests and making people that lives there unable to enjoy it. There should be someone cleaning the grills daily since some residents don't respect others.
We didn't leave... (Verified Renter) We didn't leave The Strand - We moved from #2511, a three bedroom to #708, a two bedroom as we didn't need three bedrooms. Love The Strand!
I will have... (Verified Renter) I will have lived here in November for 10 years and have always been satisfied with the level of service and relationship I have had with the staff. Some of my things like carpet and dishwasher needs to be updated but that's because of normal wear.
