Great place to live! Love The Strand! It is so quiet and peaceful while having all the amenities of a luxury hotel. My views are fantastic! Walking the riverwalk and then over the Main Street Bridge is like walking a national park. I'm only disappointed that I didn't find the Strand sooner.

Apartments need to... (Verified Renter) Apartments need to be updated. When I toured as a potential resident, the model apartment had been remodeled. I was quite surprised and disappointed that on move it day, the apartment I received was very outdated. The models should be representative of the actual apartments people receive.

(Verified Renter) Overall great; but have seen some decline in service and conditions; high turnover and quality decrease in concierge, lobby doors and garage gates broken too often, and hot tub rarely works or never at a proper hot temperature. Loss of recycling also a negative. Office staff are personable and responsive. Ownership needs to invest in more high quality and timely repairs.
All Building staff... (Verified Renter) All Building staff have been extremely friendly and helpful. Brent our maintenance engineer was very professional and fast, he responded with in 30 min of submitting maintenance request and reviewed all repairs with me before leaving.
