Absolutely amazing. Its everything i could have expected and more
For the most part it’s a beautiful hotel. Except for the check in problems, we have enjoyed our stay.
Great tour with Katia! She was very knowledgeable of the hotel’s history and made it fun and interactive!
Fantastic from start to finish! The staff was wonderful, food was great, ghost tour was perfect!

Crowded. Too crowded with tour people. Hallway outside my room had wine glasses by the door at check in. Left from the previous guest. Did not get picked up till 10am next morning. Also found a random sock in the room that did not belong to me or my wife. Did they clean the room? Due to ALL the tours they do to make as much money as possible parking was hard.
