room was pricey, especially for my son and nephew to catch hot tub folliculitis, and the sheets and bed were dirty upon arrival
Hauntingly elegant. Everything was perfect and rich. The staff are just as distinguished and accommodating. We especially enjoyed the things that went bump in the night.

Not accommodating for paying guests. There are people swarming in who aren’t even staying here. Parking is a nightmare because of it and forget about a dinner reservation. I am paying to stay here and have to fight for parking and a table top at the bar to eat dinner because there aren’t any reservations available in the dining area for a paying guest. It’s over crowded in the halls because outsiders are coming in and walking all around the hotel taking photos. They should really cut off outside tourists at a certain hour.
