The exterior of the Stanley Hotel was breathtaking. Unfortunately it was closed. I can't wait until they re-open. I was told that they offer tours and you can also book a room.

I just called to try to get my money back OR RESCHEDULE for a reservation for the tour and was given a speech how they were all laid off and closed and couldn't help me and was hung up on!!!!!!!!! No chance to speak or anything!!!!!! I AM TRULY SORRY FOR THE SITUATION BUT THAT IS UNCALLED FOR!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The tour by Lillian was very interesting. She did an Amazing job. It was everything we hoped for. The Whiskey Bar was great too.
