So disappointed. Went on the ghost tour. It should really be called standing around and watching people take pictures tour. Or trying to dodge the other huge tours tour. Or looking at pictures from other people’s tour tour. Or wish I had saved my $90 tour.

The hotel is really nice and the views are unreal. Very nice staff. The illusionist show was crazy good.

Not an inexpensive place to stay so you would expect not to be required to make your own “Do Not Disturb” sign since they didn’t have any available. Nor being told that your choice of various toast at breakfast was limited to wheat but what arrives is some kind of un-toasted biscuit. Not to mention that getting real sugar for coffee was an issue. They eventually found some sugar cubes. We signed up for the Ghost Tour and upon arrival we were told to wait in the Cafe area. Our tour was scheduled for 9 and no one ever announce... read more

Pricey, but the best accommodations in Estes Park. While the tours are fun, they happen all day long resulting in crowds of tourists wandering around you. It’s an old facility so don’t expect large rooms or baths. AC is in-room units, but we just left a window open. Sitting anywhere outside the hotel is great. Short summer season staff was hit or miss.

Went on the ghost tour. Was not very happy with it. There should be an age limit. Very obnoxious children on the tour. Couldn’t really hear the tour guide for the kids. So my only recommendation is to go on the latest tour you can and maybe all the kids will be in bed by then. Not worth the money.

The service was lacking . The food was not good to begin with, and was then served cold . An Olive Garden would be a step up. 200$ for two people - and we left almost everything on the table . This place has beautiful views, and I would go for a cocktail on the patio.

Very disappoint that I had to pay $10 for parking to eat lunch. When you finish lunch they will comp you $5, so you pay $5 to have the privilege to buy lunch. My $15 burger was burnt so bad it was not edible. I dont mind paying for a good meal but it was not even close to being ok, the quality was terrible. I love the hotel but I will not be going back any time soon due to new management and the greedy policies they have put in place.
