Too expensive for what you get. Really small rooms and stuff broken. Sink was plugged and shower had no water pressure and you couldn't get the handle to go to hot. Cold shower! Had a major water leak in above shower too with mold all over it. Don't waste your money stay at a nice condo up there and just have dinner at the Stanley.

It was really neat to see the inside of the hotel and hear the history behind it. Kinda spooky and very cool.
Eat at Table! They are open Friday and Saturday night only! 5 course meal paired with wines! It was amazing. The hotel is old and so awesome to look around and the maze outside was fun for all ages. if you want to stay in the new buildings and don’t want old style, ghostly rooms they have it. And the whiskey bar makes a mean old Fashion!
I liked it but I couldn't give 5 stars because it is a bit overpriced for not having some of the luxuries you'd think a big money hotel would have. Such as air conditioning. It was extremely hot during the day. Much better at night with the fan in the window. The food was overpriced as well but it was delicious. Besides those two issues it was a good experience. Stanley Hotel now offers free access to Tesla Supercharger located on the property. This is truly a win/win for all parties involved.
Beautiful place. Only wish we could have done the tour (sold out) & that the gift shop would have been open
We took the tour and enjoyed it.
