Amazing location and grounds - feels like you are in Hawaii or somewhere far away. Pools/spas are great too. Staff was super nice. The bad was: no place to get food/drinks near the pool. Room had that old musty smell, cobwebs, dirty bathroom with stains and dead bugs smashed on ceiling and walls. Looks like the rooms and bathrooms are in need up a good upgrade and spring cleaning. We would come back for sure but hopefully they look at the reviews and update the rooms/bathrooms.
The island itself, the grounds (trees, plants, flowers, grass), the pools, the ocean, and the public areas are beautiful. There's a lot to do as a family (we enjoyed biking around the island). However, I expected, for the price, that our room would be FAR better than it was. Very musky smelling, and the furnishings were very dated. The bed was extremely hard!
The view of the bay was beautiful but the hotel and rooms were outdated. They seem to be overpriced for what you get.
WCISA conference was well supported. Nice facility.

Great place to tie up with your boat on a Sunny Sunday afternoon for cold one to enjoy a beautiful view of the bay and listen or dance to some of San Diego's favorite bands. Great food. Good job Jason..
Great rooms, restaurants on site, and the staff are super friendly and willing to assist. Loved every minute of the Paradise Point Experience! ��
Location, location, location. Beautiful! Rooms need an update but the staff and overall resort experience is hands down awesome!!
