Our check in was the worst... arrived at 2pmish and were told the next 4 and a half later our room was still getting cleaned. By the. It was 645 when we inally walked into our room. Everything after that was above PERFECT.... we are here till Sunday and oh boy we couldn't be more happier. Yes I got desperate during our checkin, but the wait was so worth it.... thankbyou to the front team for handling the situation so professional and beyond. I recommend this place to anyone stopping in SD soon
We had such an amazing weekend with our 5 year old grandson! We swam in the pool, rode bikes, mini golf, climbed the tower, and ate great food while he fed bread to the fish! Looking forward to our next visit and bringing all the family!
This is my third time staying here and I by far my favorite resort to stay. We always stay in a bayside bungalow. I love waking up to the view of the bay. I also love the fact that you do not need to leave the resort because they have everything there.
It was horrible, the first room they put us in, you could smell the mold and when the air conditioner would turn on, it sound like a freight train coming through the room, so they moved us to a room that was infested with Ants, so we requested our money back which they gave us crap about and after having to wait about 90 days for them to dispute the claim they finally refunded us. Never ever again, will we stay there.
Very frustrated with the hidden fees and response to us. We booked through a 3rd party and were unaware of the extra fees and shocked when $74 extra was on our credit card without our consent. After calling and being told the manager would call us back we only got an email basically stating sorry, take it up with the 3rd party, our prices are on our website. Love staying here. 4th time and will come back every year. Great location. Great restaurants and facilities.
This is your second time staying here at Paradise point resort and spa one thing I can say is that they need to get better beds everything else she was outstanding
Amazing time...beautiful place...clean and huge kutos to the pool cantina crew. My step daughter had her retainer on a napkin and the bartender threw away on accident...the whole crew helped dig through trash for about,hour and,once,we was about give up one of the guys kept looking and found it! Super awesome employees.. San Diego is beautiful. Rooms little dated but ok....just don't understand why prices of food have to be so high...we all are paying enough to fly in and hotel..just saying:)
