We reserved a suite. The rooms are outdated and dirty. The beds are hard, squeaky, & full of what I think was detergent, unrinsed. I was honestly afraid that they had bed bugs because we all had bites on our legs. The couch bed was full of ants & uncomfortable. When you pay for a resort SUITE, you should feel as though you are sleeping in the lap of luxury...at this resort, you'll only dream about going home to your own bed for comfort. We are still recovering for this terrible experience, our backs are a mess. We'll never s... read more

This place is absolutely beautiful. It's a very family friendly place with lots of things to do. You really never have to leave. We ate at the restaurants in the resort (the veggie pasta is delicious), we rented bikes to cruise around, checked out the ducks at the pond and walked around the bay. We absolutely adore Paradise Point! We've been coming here 1-2 times a year for 5 years! We have 3 children and this place is so special to us! We spend every Thanksgiving here as well! On a side note...i think the folks that have terrible things to say about paradise point are just miserable turds who love to complain.

I stayed a couple of days with my girls, I don't think the staff like working there. Nobody looks happy...The jacuzzi was trashed Saturday night with beer cans, wet towels ,trash, and a chair in the middle of it. It was like that for the weekend. I payed a lot of money for our stay and expected better. Great location, very nice grounds, but needs help.
