Absolutely love this place! We just got back yesterday (2nd time at the resort). The staff is very nice and helpful, our room was clean and well kept. Great food, great drinks! We definitely plan on going back and recommending this place to friends and family.
This is our second stay this summer. Why? Extremely dog friendly! Under 15 lbs are welcome. We can take the dog everywhere except inside the restaurants (outside is beautiful), the pool areas, and the spa. She can be on the beach, the grounds, etc. No special stinky dog rooms! A cost is expected for the pet stay, but we enjoyed having a relaxing stay on the San Diego Bay.
This is not a four star resort. It has the feel of a camp ground. The rooms are not the problem it's the grounds and lack of employees. There was no one working around the pool, guests were smoking and vaping, used towels were everywhere. There was constantly a long line at the front desk, so I would call while waiting in line and I would request additional staff and only then would they suddenly appear. The resort was beautiful, clean, and had plenty of options to enjoy. It is family friendly, as well as romantic. I truly had an awesome experience there. Can't wait to come back.
Loved the place� very close to the beach. Tons of things to do. Beds are not very comfortable though :( Certainly will book again .
Our stay was perfect. I can't complain about anything. We recommend it. We will definitely be going back again.
