It is amazing place to relax and get pampered I will be returning asap
I came here for a Medical Conference. This probably once was a very nice place and worth the money, but for what they are charging, this is BEYOND a ripoff! The bathrooms are just plain scary. There is a build up of mildew and it is just ew. They are charging $22 for a hamburger? Are you kidding me? This is a HAMBURGER, not kobe beef. I think you should either up your game or lower your prices. Not a 4 star place and the service was awful.
It felt like we were in Hawaii! Stayed here during our department offsite and it was truly wonderful. Ran a 5 mile loop every morning, the food was great and so healthy. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Loved the parking right outside my bungaloo too.
My wife and I were here last week to celebrate our 25th Anniversary ... at the beautiful place where we got engaged. Could not have had a better time! Thanks to all your employees ... and the free room upgrade and bottle of wine.
We had a great weekend. My hubby and I will definitely be back!
Our service at “the spa” was exceptional... especially the manager, Bonita. She treated my ailing mother with kindness and patience. I highly recommend! And my massage therapist, Eric, sis an outstanding job. Thank you!

Beautiful hotel. Friendly staff. We were there for our Avon Leadership conference. What a beautiful retreat our company gave us.
I was a guest at Paradise Point for a convention. The room was clean and decorated nicely. Convention facilities very nice . Grounds & exterior buildings look awful. Very tired and dated. I felt like I was at an old resort in the Catskills. Definitely in need of an overhaul. If I was not there for a convention I would have checked out and stayed elsewhere.
