The staff has improved greatly since I moved in two years ago. My first year I had a bad experience with management but since then they have gotten a better staff! The pool is my favorite part and the free printing is great!
Audrey the community assistant is very nice and showed me a tour even with 10 minutes left on the schedule. I have lived in countless places and am attending medical school next, graduated already. When you pull up to this place you see the quality, and you are made feel at home right away. In the lobby its like walking into the Hilton on broadway, well kept and nice structure! Prices are good too and affordable
Shit hole. Will shut off your internet (which rarely works) ON A SCHOOL NIGHT without warning even if all your bills have been paid if you have not replied to them within two hours.
I really enjoy living at the Reserve. Everyone in the office has always been very helpful and nice when I've talked to them, and the amenities are great. The shuttle to campus is super convenient. I live in a one-bedroom unit, and my building is quiet most of the time. I rarely hear my neighbors, which was a relief after the last apartment I lived in which had paper-thin walls.
