I have lived at the Reserves for 2 years and it was a good place to live. Very nice bedroom furniture and amenities. Although, the price was very high for a college student. There were also multiple issues with keys and maintenance issues not being resolved very fast. It would take days for the maintenance people to come fix it.
Always save your maintenance requests in a separate text document (Notepad, Word, etc). You may need to resubmit requests especially if they see "no problem" despite clearly expressing what a problem is and where to look.
I've lived here almost 4 months. Until now I satisfied with my staying. The staffs are always kind and friendly. The response about asking maintainance is really fast. The most favorite thing is diverse amenities. gym, pool, especially study room is awsome. One thing that I am concerned was networking unstable thesedays. However, that is also getting improved.
I've lived at The Reserve twice now because they're fairly convenient (location, amenities) and they have the best shuttle imo. However, I've had my fair share of issues: key card constantly not working, wrong overcharged utilities (with proof), unresolved wrong overcharged utilities, etc. The staff are really friendly people and they try their best; unfortunately, they're not very helpful in terms of resolving issues (I've given up on disputing after a while) and they don't really go out of their way or be amenable to certa... read more
I lived at the reserve for a year, and in that time our dish washer broke, our AC/Heating broke twice, we had bed bugs, and the most frustrating thing was when our washer broke. Our machine was left with a tub full of water for 3 weeks, and maintenance and the office were no help. When we finally got a replacement, they simply dropped off the machine on our doorstep. We had to wait until the following afternoon for installation. After they installed our new washer, they left the old washer in a paid parking spot for about a ... read more
I needed to find an apartment quick and the staff here responded and had my apartment ready for me within two days. They are very active and send lots of emails to inform the residents of what is happening. However when i first moved in, there were a couple problems that needed to be fixed. They were fairly quick on their response time to fix the issues.
I've lived here for about 4 months, and my experience has been mostly positive. The only negatives have been that the quality of the furniture that came with my apartment has not been the greatest and the noise levels can be high in the mornings, but that is to be expected.
I am a Korean and I'm enjoying living at the Reserve. Most of the staffs in the office(Especially Emily) are very helpful and cooperative when I have a problem. I live in a one-bedroom unit and it's quiet most of the time. The fitness center and study room are wonderful as well. The only problem about the apartment is that my card key does not work sometimes. But all in all, I am much more satisfied with the Reserve than I thought before coming to Columbia, Missouri. -S.H Choi-
Living at The Reserve made being away from home so much more easier. I am a big fan of their fitness center and pool area. They are very responsible when it comes to weather conditions; stair cases and roads are always salted.
The Reserve at Columbia has a 3.9 star rating with 572 reviews.
