I have lived here for 2 years and don’t have many complains. Ceilings are a bit thin so you can hear neighbors but nothing super bad. The card readers on the door can be troublesome but I know the complex has tried to fix them. Overall a good value for a college town and the shuttle to campus is great. Would recommend!
I have NO complaints about this apartment community! Two thumbs up!! The entire staff and management have all been wonderful in helping me get settled in and answer all the questions I have. The maintenance staff is very prompt and helpful with any issues you may have as well within your apartment. The amenities that The Reserve offer are absolutely fantastic, especially the shuttle service to campus as well as the late night shuttle on the weekends to downtown. After living at the reserve for almost two months, I am pretty satisfied with this place. I live in a 400 sq ft studio and it's actually fairly spacious for a decent price. The only bill outside of rent is electric. Rent also includes a clubhouse with a gym, tanning, computer center with a printer, a free shuttle to campus, and a pool. The staff are super friendly and helpful as well. Only major downsides to me are having a magnetic strip card rather than a hard key and the no pet policy, but they are changing that next year... read more
Overall, my experience has been great so far. We had some bad bug problems, but they've been resolved.
This place is magical, it makes you feel like home.
The Reserve was a great place to spent my summer! Thank you to all of the staff members!
