RecommendedEmployees are very nice and always helpful. Complex always kept clean my both employees and residents. Maintence always on top of things and completes requests very quickly and accurately. Pet friendly to all animals, and no fee for caged animals. Will definitely be signing lease for next year.
RecommendedA lot of people say you won’t get the college experience off campus and that is not the case with these apartments. There are plenty of experiences to have living here. I don't think that it is terrible, but it is not great by any means. They couldn't place myself and my current roommate with one of our other friends which is pretty crappy. The front desk people do not know the answers to any of the questions you might have so there is really no point in asking them. I think it is pretty safe for the most part. The walls are incredibly thin as I can hear literally everything that is happening outside which sucks.

Its a nightmare. They have the worst matching system ever. They want to charge you for everything and also never gives you solution to anything. Its cheapear, I guess, but I would have known I would have pay more.
Recommendedso far we have been extremely happy with the Gramercy...our daughter lives here. i love the events ect...they are great to get kids active and meeting others.
RecommendedTotally recommend The Gramercy! On site pool, gym and library 24/7! Pet friendly too! Best thing for me was a furnished apartment for an out of stater!
