Their new key system is great. The old key system would take about 10 tries for it to open the door so this is a great upgrade. The maintence men are very nice however, I have had a lot of problems with the Internet. Overall, good for college students on a budget.
The Reserve offers convenience and is in a great location. The on site gym convenient and the computer lab makes it easy to print off notes before taking the shuttle to campus. There is a great park a short walk away.
Staff is very nice and there are many great features such as a pool, gym, and computer lab. Nice appearance. However, most days out of the week the WiFi is very poor. The key system is very frustrating as well. My old key used to take many tries before I could get my door to unlock. I requested a new key and the problem was resolved but I know many people deal with this problem. Also, things do not tend to hold up. The staff is really nice. Emily is always really helpful when I come into the office. Maintenance is great and always friendly. The managers are always extremely friendly when assisting me. My dog and family also love the community of The Reserve!
The hotel key card system they have on the doors never work properly. It usually takes about 3-5 minutes for the key card to open the front door of my apartment. Today, my key card stopped working at 9:30am and the office does not open until noon. I have been calling the on call number for over an hour (not a phone line, just a voicemail) and no one has returned my call. The Reserve at Columbia is offering me more than expected with the necessary accommodation, friendly and efficient staff assistance to focus on my studies. It's definitely a place that I recommend to everyone.
Great staff, close to campus and very quick to resolve any problems you may have! They are also great to their residents with constant events and giveaways!
