I am extremely unsatisfied with the lack of communication from the Reserve. The TV in my unit has been broken for an entire month!! I’ve reached out to the Reserve about the maintenance request THREE times... by email, over the phone and even in person. Each time I was told that they are waiting for parts and was given no more information. When I asked when the parts are expected to arrive, they refused to tell me. the only good thing about The Reserve is the maintenace staff. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

IF YOU DON'T HAVE CAR, THE RESERVE IS NOT RECOMMENDED TO YOU!! Mainly if you have to stay here for a whole year. Or, be prepared for facing difficult with transportation. However, you don't need it. You can find much better complex's options at this location! I feel frustrated that other complexes around The Reserve keep there shuttle running even in the break and here they do nothing to improve it. RecommendedThe Reserve had everything I was look for at a great price! The amenities are amazing and the Quality of the apartments are so nice! The Reserve is also pet friendly so it’s a great place for my dog!
I have not seen the property yet, but the people at The reserve were more than willing to answer all my questions before I applied for an appt. I'm excited to arrive and get moved in!
The Reserve is the best apartment complex in Columbia! The price is amazing and the amenities are even better. The shuttle is my favorite, it goes late night too! A close second is the fitness center and sauna. The rooms themselves are also very nice and roomy. So glad I chose this for my time at Mizzou!
