I am a current resident of The Reserve at Columbia, and I have enjoyed living here for several months. It is relatively quiet, well-maintained, and the amenities are great. Front desk is very helpful.
The reserve is an affordable,safe, and overall a good place to live. The management team is fantastic and they really do care about the residents well being! I know I really appreciated the shuttle bus that picked us up every 30 min so it eliminated the hassle of driving to campus.
As one of the cheapest student housing apartment complexes in Columbia, I had my doubts as to the quality of units available. Much to my ecstatic surprise, my doubts were debunked. The apartments are perfect for college students; full kitchen, bathrooms, and a laundry washer and dryer. The TempurPedic mattress was a huge plus too! I sleep like a baby every night after coming home after a hard night of studying at Ellis.
It's June and the pool isn't even open yet. Was promised a shuttle but got a city bus pass. Was promised a memory foam bed and got a springy old mattress. The walls are thin and I can hear everything my neighbors are doing. The appliances terrible. The gym was closed for a good few weeks. I could on and on, is it July 31 yet?
