Verified Renter Love living here overall. The apartment is great, the maintenance is quick, the staff is responsive. The things I don’t like are the construction (which I understand can’t be prevented) and the limited guest parking.

Verified Renter Love my neighbors, and German Town and the surrounding area is a beautiful area with lots of great restaurants and bars to explore on the weekends! Definitely recommend checking out town by foot, so you don’t miss anything.

Verified Renter My move in went as smooth as it could with the help of a few of the maintenance staff recommendations on where to park and to use the moving cart on the property. That saved me so much time and energy. Everyone I’ve met here has been super friendly and it looks like they really take care of the common areas.

Verified Renter For the location, amenities, quality of service and events they host, I think it's worth the price. With any apartment, nothing is going to be perfect and I think a lot of people need to know that when reading reviews. My apartment view faces the highway so it was tough getting used to the highway noises but as time went on it turned into white noise.
