Wonderful My husband and I love the access to the dog park and near by shops. Spacious two bedroom. Wonderful staff. Love the parking permits.

Great Place…Keeps Getting Better This is one of my favorite apartments that I have ever lived in. Clean, great amenities, and close proximity. I have had a couple interactions with the property manager, and she seems to be taking the right steps to make this apartment even better!

Don’t Bother Living Here On its face, this place looks great, but once you sign the lease it all changes. Since moving in amenities have not been working or available as advertised. We have had multiple issues which have not been addressed including repairs. To top it off, we’ve now been told that the parking policy has been changed and now only one of us has an actual spot to park in. Not worth the price but is convenient. The good thing is this place is beautiful and I like how they deal with packages. However, you pay $22 a month for valet trash which turns out to be around a 50/50 chance of your trash being taken out. The trash in the dumpsters end up being a 10 foot pile outside which is disgusting. High voltage electrical boxes are kept open, maintenance/contractors do not pick up their messes in the hallways. Wish I could give a 0 star review The Duke has a lot of young residents that are loud and disrespectful to neighbors. They also have a lot of extra charges that are recurring every month like service charges. Building supposed to be done Sept. 2017 and they are still constantly doing things that are annoying. Fire alarms go off at 3am and throughout the day for example. On move-out they try to charge for utilities for months that you have already paid for, saying you pay utilities 2 months behind but then saying you still ow... read more

An Amazing Place To Live The Duke of Nashville is an incredible place to call home. The finishes in the apartments are top notch, the price is great, and the location is very convenient. Being so close to downtown and Germantown, makes this the perfect place to live, without the headache of traffic jams.
