Verified Renter Everyone has been so friendly and accommodating! The complex is clean and quiet. The views are great! I love seeing my neighbors and their fur babies! I'm so happy I moved here!

Enjoy living at the Presley The Front Office & Maintenance staff are incredible helpful and timely in their assistance - thanks Tammy, Malcom, Jake & Rumen! The amenities and common areas are nice and clean. The pool and grill area has a fun atmosphere in the summer time. The location is easily accessible to the highway, downtown, the greenway and popular Nashville spots. The dog park is very muddy and there is very limited guest parking.

LOVE THIS PLACE Love this place! The people are super friendly, and Tammy, Jake, and Malcom are amazing. I would never consider another home in Nashville other than The Presley. During the summers, the pool is definitely the place to be, especially with the new pool furniture

Loved it here I have loved my time living here at the Duke Nashville. I am about to move, but the only reason is for a job opportunity in another state. The maintenance team is amazing.
Great Community I love it here. My apartment is great. The new manager is amazing compared to the previous one. Such a positive change for the whole community. I’m about to renew for another year.

I love my apartment I love living here. Since I have been here they have had a couple of events. So much fun. I love being this close to downtown bars and restaurants. I would recommend very highly.

Love it here I have lived here since November. My apartment is amazing. The community is quiet for the most part. Most important my pupper loves it. She’s made a lot of friends to play with.
