Love it here I have lived here since November. My apartment is amazing. The community is quiet for the most part. Most important my pupper loves it. She’s made a lot of friends to play with.

Love the community, staff, and landscape! I have loved living at The Duke. The staff and maintenance has been helpful, polite, and courteous. The community is beautiful and clean. It's a great location for me to where I work. I've referred friends here and will continue to.

Sad to be leaving THIS WAS THE BEST APARTMENT WE HAVED LIVED IN. We have moved 12 times and this is by far the best apartment we have lived in. Convenience, service and help was amazing. But I must leave we bought a home. Thank you The Duke Nashville.

I would recommend living here to anyone! The Duke has been by far my favorite place to live in Nashville. It is far enough away from the city but close enough to take advantage of what music city has to offer. The property manager and her team will do whatever it takes to make you feel at home and they are always willing to help in any way that they can.

Wonderful My husband and I love the access to the dog park and near by shops. Spacious two bedroom. Wonderful staff. Love the parking permits.

Great Place…Keeps Getting Better This is one of my favorite apartments that I have ever lived in. Clean, great amenities, and close proximity. I have had a couple interactions with the property manager, and she seems to be taking the right steps to make this apartment even better!

Don’t Bother Living Here On its face, this place looks great, but once you sign the lease it all changes. Since moving in amenities have not been working or available as advertised. We have had multiple issues which have not been addressed including repairs. To top it off, we’ve now been told that the parking policy has been changed and now only one of us has an actual spot to park in.
