Verified Renter I’ve been at The Presley for 3 years and love it here! Maintenance requests are always responded to quickly and efficiently, this gated community is very dog friendly, the apartments are well designed and roomy, there is a good amount of storage and parking, I feel very safe living here, and it’s only 10 minutes from downtown!

Verified Renter Love it here! Best apartment I’ve lived in. The leasing office is so amazing and helpful. The pool is insanely clean with the best hot tub ever.
Verified Renter These apartments feel so safe and welcoming! They are in a good area close to everything and has great amenities! I love the security of the gated parking, but there is also very limited space for guests to park.
Verified Renter Lovely community and amenities, the pool is amazing, fun grilling area with four grills, fire pit, and community events throughout the year. The gym is super nice and the yoga studio is great! Wish the sky lounge would open before the end of our lease though.

Verified Renter I love living here. I’ve only been here about 2 months so far, but no complaints. Great location, great security. My only complaint is no guest parking. There are very few spots on the street to have someone park, so it’s hard to have guests over sometimes.
