Verified Renter Excellent community with peace of mind . Well secured gated community. Staff and Maintenance always there for you . Gated community, fast maintenance, security, Luxer one and just 1/2 a minute walk to Cumberland river bank.

Enjoy living at the Presley The Front Office & Maintenance staff are incredible helpful and timely in their assistance - thanks Tammy, Malcom, Jake & Rumen! The amenities and common areas are nice and clean. The pool and grill area has a fun atmosphere in the summer time. The location is easily accessible to the highway, downtown, the greenway and popular Nashville spots. The dog park is very muddy and there is very limited guest parking.

LOVE THIS PLACE Love this place! The people are super friendly, and Tammy, Jake, and Malcom are amazing. I would never consider another home in Nashville other than The Presley. During the summers, the pool is definitely the place to be, especially with the new pool furniture

Loved it here I have loved my time living here at the Duke Nashville. I am about to move, but the only reason is for a job opportunity in another state. The maintenance team is amazing.
