Verified Renter Living at the Presley has been great! The gym and yoga studio, pool, and grassy area are all wonderful amenities! Excited to see the sky lounge is finally open as well!

Verified Renter Living at The Presley has been a below average experience. Maintenance crew is always quick to help. The cleaning crew does a great job. I have my complaints about the parking situation but nothing much we can do. However, dealing with the team in the front office is not great. When we toured last year we were blown away with the hospitality. I can tell that was a sales tactic to get us to sign a lease. Verified Renter I absolutely love it here! The area is super nice and very quiet, but it’s still close to pretty much everything. Everyone that works here are so nice and helpful, would definitely recommend it to everyone!

Verified Renter I’ve only been here for a little bit less than a month, and I love so much about it! The apartment and amenities are really great! Everyone seems to be really kind in the community. My biggest issue is the lack of guest parking. I think the system is a little ridiculous considering there is only 14 spots for an entire building full of residence. The app that we use as residence to get our parking pass looks like it should allow us to get a guest pass for visitors, but it does not allow you to. I have reached ... read more

Verified Renter The apartment is very nice with few problems and is located in a nice area close to the city. I have not had the best experience with the management staff so far as they have been generally unhelpful. The apartment was not as clean as I was expecting when I moved in. The guest parking is extremely limited, most of the time it is virtually non existent.
