Verified Renter Maintenance is great, they always resolve the work orders within 24 hours. The complex is very clean and quite for the area. Easy commute to Downtown

Verified Renter Suuuuuch an amazing apartment complex I'm so happy to call this place my home! Everyone is so nice and welcoming, they even gave us a toilet paper roll, the presley goodies and a trash can which is essential for your first move
A great community I have loved my time here at the Presley. I am about to renew for a second year. The staff is great. Maintenance is always quick to repair anything that is needed. I love the gym and sky lounge. I would recommend.

Verified Renter I feel safe and secure in the apartment complex. I appreciate the staff and friendly maintenance team. They care about their residents and health as they just upgrade the equipment. Not all apartment complexes actually take the funds to upgrade the complex.
Verified Renter Overall it's been pleasant. The community comprises more younger crowd than family-oriented folks. They do have random events to allow you to get to know your community.
Verified Renter So far leaving here has been great, the neighbors are friendly and quiet. The staff throws some good events and quite often. The area is growing and German Town being two blocks away is amazing!
