Verified Renter Love the location ,pool and valet garbage service! I recently moved from Colorado where I had to walk through sometimes, 4 feet of snow, just to take my garbage out. I truly appreciate that I don’t even have to take my own garbage out in the rain!!

Verified Renter Excellent community with peace of mind . Well secured gated community. Staff and Maintenance always there for you . Gated community, fast maintenance, security, Luxer one and just 1/2 a minute walk to Cumberland river bank.
