Verified Renter We absolutely love our recent move to the Presley. The management team is very friendly and very helpful anytime we need anything. We just attended our first community event and had some delicious Waldo chicken provided by management. The complex is always very clean, smells good, and well decorated. 10/10

Verified Renter Great location, nice apartments, great amenities, but parking is terrible. There is limited guest parking and when they were doing construction, the workers took up so many spots residents had nowhere to park. It was poorly managed. Also for EV parking for the limited chargers, the apt doesn't enforce no ICE parking in EV spots very well.

Verified Renter This place is so great! The atmosphere of the complex is very warm and welcoming. The complex is also always well maintained and clean! overall a great place to live! (only problem is parking for guests)

Verified Renter Living at the Presley had been great! The staff is friendly and the property manager is always helpful. The pool, gym, and grilling areas are top notch! The only disappointment is the sky lounge had been under construction for over a year. Hoping it will open soon!

Verified Renter Beautiful apartment! There were some things in the apartment that needed to be fixed such as the toilet not being set/ loose and same with the shower bath faucet so water could get into the walls. The sink heads and drains were clogged/ dirty upon move in, but it was all an easy fix and I honestly love it here. The amenities are awesome and it's a super pet friendly building:). The apartments are spacious and gorgeous and very fairly priced. Management is so kind and it seems like a really friendly community.

Verified Renter Overall great experience at The Presley. Maintenance guys are fast. Front desk is always helpful. Amenities are easy to use and clean. Quiet neighborhood even with construction next door. Apartment is nice, not perfect, obvious someone else has lived here but nothing that bothers my level of living. Good apartment for the price!
