Love it here! I have been at The Presley for 3 1/2 years now and still love it! The maintenance staff is quick to respond to any issues. The location is great being only 10 minutes from downtown! The rooms are spacious and the amenities are awesome! Nice large pool and courtyard area, larger gym than most places I have looked at, beautiful newly renovated Sky Lounge, great sized dog park, ample parking. Great value for the price!

Verified Renter Living at The Presley has been a below average experience. Maintenance crew is always quick to help. The cleaning crew does a great job. I have my complaints about the parking situation but nothing much we can do. However, dealing with the team in the front office is not great. When we toured last year we were blown away with the hospitality. I can tell that was a sales tactic to get us to sign a lease. Verified Renter I’ve only been here for a little bit less than a month, and I love so much about it! The apartment and amenities are really great! Everyone seems to be really kind in the community. My biggest issue is the lack of guest parking. I think the system is a little ridiculous considering there is only 14 spots for an entire building full of residence. The app that we use as residence to get our parking pass looks like it should allow us to get a guest pass for visitors, but it does not allow you to. I have reached ... read more
