Definitely the best place to stay around UCF. And no utilities cap!!!
Pointe's an awesome place to be. I love the cheap rent and free utilities.
It is a nice place to be for student housing! It takes less then two miles to get to campus. The shuttle come every 15 minutes and the staff are very helpful and caring to their residents! 2 pools, a full basketball court, tennis court, swimming pools and 24 hrs open gym! This is great. And it's the price is cheaper then other places around it.
I lived here for a year & what a awesome place! The carpet was clean, great roommates, and great management. The management was always there to assist you when needed. Move here! You won't regret it.
The pointe at central is a nice place to stay at, very affordable and very convenient. With great workers and 24 hour top of the line gym. I do say it's safer than some of the other apartments I've been too.
RecommendedThe pointe at central Florida is one of the best living environments I came across in Orlando. I have so much memories at the pool and basketball court. I will never forget the day I crossed someone so bad at the basketball court that he lost his wallet. The prices at the point are so convenient that I had no other choice but to want to move there.
The staffis friendly, the apartment is move-in ready, any issues within the apartment maintance was there to resolve the issue. Great student living!!!
The Pointe at Central is a great place to live. I like it because of the low prices. Also the community feel is great. The Pointe is also a safe environment. It's not far from campus and that is great!
