Visited the area and it was very nice & clean. The staff was also very helpful & informative. I would definitely recommend this complex!
The Pointe at Central is an excellent student housing complex with their low leasing rates, large living areas and 24 hour accessible gym makes them one of the best student housing around
The Pointe at Central was great! Besides the affordable prices and all of the amenities, the 24hr gym, the beautiful pool and the activities were all beneficial for me. I didn't have to spend money on a gym membership. I love swimming and the pool was always so convienient. Great place! I would recommend it to anyone!
The staff addressed all of my issues before I moved in and if I ever have an issue they don't drag their feet unlike my pervious apartment. Great place to stay.
Living here is one of the best places to live in the UCF area! The rates are affordable, it's close to campus, I can even take the shuttle and save money on gas. Most importantly it is safe and fun! Waffle Wednesdays are my favorite, and their events are unique and enjoyable. Super excited for the Gatsby Casino night on January 15th at 6pm in the clubhouse!

The Pointe at Central isn't just a place to live, it's home. The staff are very supportive and comforting and always try to accomodate any and every need. They're very responsive when it comes to dealing with resident problems. I've had a problem with my A/C freezing up multiple times and they've always responded promptly. I love how they throw events each month for the residents just to enjoy and relax because we are college students and the stress free events allow us the opportunity to loosen up.
The Pointe at Central is the best place to live. The staff is always very responsive, They have free food, and a lot of other stuff that benefits the students like the shuttle to UCF campus. Also, the police drive through the complex and they also have security. It's very safe place to live!!!! oh and they have a hot tub.... everybody loves a hot tub.The Pointe at Central is the place to be. check them out.
