Compared to all of the other apartment complexes around UCF, The Pointe at Central is easily the best. I would recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere close, comfortable, friendly to live.
For the price and location, PAC is such an awesome complex! The Leasing Manager is always really helpful and the entire staff as well! Definitely an apartment complex worth checking out!
If you have a problem, the Point WILL NOT HELP RESOLVE THE PROBLEM! Even if it is their fault! They are blameless no matter what. Knights Circle was so much better.
Terrible place, terrible people. They will fuck you over, steal your money and never do anything to fix it. This place should be demolished, and maybe find people who can actually speak English. C:
Mixed. The places are spacious, cheap, and you don't pay for amenities. However, it comes at a price. The staff feigns working, management is completely apathetic to any issues you may have, and things are completely breaking down. While maintenance will repair for free, they are pretty slow to fix an issue, and they often don't double-check their work. Inspections by staff are slipshod. "Roommate matching" is a joke; it is equivocal to throwing names in a hat. It is the cheapest near campus. That is the keyword ... CHEAP!
