The pointe at Central is a wonderful complex. It is safe and clean. The staff is awesome. My daughter has been living there for the past 2 years. Cannot ask for a better place for your child.

The Pointe at Central is an awesome place to live! With free shuttle service to UCF, free waffles every Wednesday, events every week, and an 24 hour clubhouse and gym, this place is truly a home away from home. Not to mention since they are open 24/7 if you get locked out of your apartment at 2am someone will be there to let you in within minutes.
The Pointe at Central is a great place to live. One payment a month with no worries of extra bills to pay. Who could complain? For the price you pay, you get great living space and good utilities. One of the best things about this place, is the maintenence team. If any thing breaks, they will come and fix it and you pay nothing. Its a great place to live and you have the choice of 4x2 or 2x2. So come and live easy at the Pointe at Central!
RecommendedPerfect for students! Affordable and great amenities. The gym, game room, and computer lab are all open 24 hours. There is also a shuttle that runs between the Pointe and UCF ( which is very convenient). The Pointe at Central is definitely a good choice.
Great apartment and facilities. Shuttle runs every 15 minutes, so it's easy to get to campus. No water or energy caps. Great if you prefer a private bedroom. The only thing they badly need is a bigger outgoing mailbox.
The Pointe at Central is one of the best complexes to live in, they have affordable prices, it's also minutes away from UCF. I also like the great security and staff at the Pointe at Central.
I love it! Very safe, beautiful grounds and a friendly staff,I couldn't ask for anything more. This is definitely somewhere I would recommend to others.
