Great place to live! Affordable, no utility caps , and 24 hr gym. I've lived here for 2 years and I have had nothing but wonderful experiences here.
I like living here, but I desperately wish we had grills on-site... maybe by the pools. I wish management would do more besides apologize when something goes wrong, and try to fix it or make up for it some other way. The famous words, "We are sorry, but there is nothing we can do."
Living at the Pointe at Central has been such a blessing! From the events, to the people, the amenities and the staff. There is always something going on and a way to get involved and be in community with others. The staff are caring and show concern for others. Community happens at the Pointe. Grateful I chose to live here!!!!
Im looking for someone to take over my lease. Due to some complications at home with moving out I cant go to Orlando, but I already signed a lease so I need someone looking to go to college (UCF, Valencia, etc) in Orlando and in need of a place to live to take the lease from me MUST HAVE GOOD CREDIT, unless you're a dependent student. I have been living at the pointe at central for 1 year now. I like it because it has two pools, two basketball courts, and a 24 hours clubhouse with security. They also have waffle Wednesday every week in which all I have to do is get up and go get me some FREE waffles.
I like living at the pointe at central. They put on monthly events which they always have free food!!! The clubhouse is open 24 hours. The room are affordable and they come fully furnish.
The pointe at central is a good place to live. the apartments come fully furnish, they have no electric caps, they have wonderful events in which there is always food and they just install an tanning bed!!!
I been living at the pointe at central for 4 years. I can see that i have enjoy my time here. This apartment complex has a lot to over. IT close to U.C.F. The staff puts on event through the month that ALWAYS have free food!!. The maintenance staff responds in an timely fashion and fixes thing right the first time and it has NO UNITLY CAPS!!!
