The worst decision I've ever made. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! The price definitely shows you what you will be receiving. It took two months for maintenance to come and fix our toilet. That means only one bathroom for four females. Being with an apartment full of females, maintenance does not knock. They simply walk in which is an extreme violation of privacy, considering these are grown men. So far it's not bad my roommate are cool and we all get along fine the apartment nice but the bed in my room is terrible old and hard it needs to be trashed buy my own soon!
Pros: Cheap rent, good maintenance response (usually same day) Cons: Dirty, big pothole at the front entrance. They will also schedule extremely inconvenient "renovations" one of many examples: they blocked off the front stairs to my building and began replacing them every day at 8 in the morning for a few months. This also had the added benefit of forcing everyone in the building to walk through the sprinklers which were on every day from 9-11pm. the kicker is that the stairs still look like shit, and are definitely not new... read more
RecommendedLiving here is GREAT! I've made new friends and even got the chance to reconnect with some old ones. They host events every month to keep us entertained!
Living here has been one of the worst experiences. Since the day I've moved in they have done constant renovations with the balconies and stairs, which is extremely obnoxious and beyond inconvienant. I have been woken up countless times by maitenence workers who come into your apartment whenever they want and construction people. I also had a terrible roommate incident which was never truly taken care of when it should have been. The walls are paper thin. They have so many inspections.. They would notify me half the time. I woke up three times with random people in my room.. Two of which just were staring at me.. Totally creeped me out. If you live on the first floor you will have bugs. I wouldn't recommend it.
