The pointe at central is an amazing place to live if you want to deal with health issues from prolonged mold exposure due to the living standards of your roommates. We’ve reported them for being messy multiple times and the neighborhood refused to do anything.
The office staff & maintenance has been on top of everything so far. I have been here since August and the only complaint I have is that my apartment is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. Other than that I have been happy here, the gym is a great place for me to go release some energy too.
NO! I’m beyond disappointed with the move in experience yesterday. We have been duped into a lease here. This place is disgusting, from the entrance of the apartment and throughout. Filled with mold, mildew and rust all over the place! I would never recommend someone move here and UCF should be ashamed of themselves!
Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had. This place is either a hit or miss. Do not believe the tour apartment they show you. When I moved into my 4x4 I would rate the cleanliness lower than a meth lab. Seriously the staff here sucks they take no time to actually clean anything after people move out so it’s completely based on the previous residents.
