Verified Renter I love the team here and we're happy with the amenities. My only complaint is a substantial rent hik. Meanwhile when there were many vacancies rent was lowered for those units. Seems unfair to make those who stayed compensate for empty apartments.

Verified Renter Pros: Leasing staff and maintenance personnel are really great, property is gorgeous, and the units are spacious. Cons: Renovations before move in date were rushed. Appliances and countertops should have been updated.

Verified Renter I have recently renewed my lease for the second year. The grounds are beautiful as is the pool area this summer. Anytime I need something repaired the staff responds immediately. The leasing staff knows my name, they respond to renters and they are super sweet! They bring in food trucks and have activities year round. Great place to live.

Verified Renter It’s gonna be 3 years now and me and my family still love it here! The rent went up but nothing crazy. The keep the apartment in very good condition fixing and replacing everything that break.
