I have actually moved from a two bedroom to a one bedroom with a loft recently at Pine Ridge because I needed to downsize and really didn’t want to live anywhere else. The pool in the summer is tranquil and the grounds are always beautifully maintained. The staff knows me by name and are extremely friendly and professional.

Verified Renter Sometimes certain concerns are not addressed such as the amount of rent paid by long term residents does not reflect upgrades that are minimal in the apartment like wood blinds v the cheap plastic or newer light fixtures instead of rusty old ones an actual workout light in the dining room that doesn’t have a glare. Also a fresh coat or paint should be don’t once a year or so and maintenance of floors in bathroom etx should be checked once in a while.
