Verified Renter The Point at Pine Ridge is a great luxury community located near exciting Port Jefferson. My apartment has been very quiet during my entire stay and the community pool is as beautiful as a resort pool and is maintained well. There are many fun events at the clubhouse and you can meet your wonderful neighbors there. The only complaints I have are the competition of getting a parking space close to your apartment because there aren’t assigned spaces, and the sometimes unreliable garbage pickup.

Verified Renter been here for a few short months but so far the community has been great and have been responsive to our issues. Only thing this far is the heavy mosquito burden this summer.

Verified Renter Love the area our neighbors were polite and very kind. The only issues we have is that the apartment is out dated and the bathroom has sticky tiles that are coming up. Our garage light has been broken for over a year we’re told there gonna come fix it but haven’t.

Verified Renter Mixed experience with this community. Great place to raise your kids very safe and lots to do. Management however is not very understanding and helpful when serious issues arise.

Verified Renter I am on my second year here at The Point at Pine Ridge and I really enjoy living here. The pool in the summer is fabulous. The landscaping is just beautiful every spring. The walking trails are great for walking my dog.
