Verified Renter I absolutely love living here ! Apartments are spacious with plenty of sunlight and very well maintained. Grounds are constantly being taken care of with staff making daily rounds picking up anything they see on the ground. I will definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for a safe & clean place to call home!

Verified Renter My wife and I have been here for 1 month now, and it's going very well so far. The grounds, apartment, and people are great. Can't wait for the nice weather and to get out on the golf course. My apt. is only steps away from one of the tee boxes....

Verified Renter So far such a great experience. Staff is awesome. The unit is spacious. Lots of amenities. Only draw back is there isn’t a lot of parking. But the walking trail and dog run is a nice bonus.

Verified Renter Nice quiet place/neighborhood. Apartment has very Spacious bedrooms. Balcony is a plus. As well as the Pool. They offer a Rewards program, which you can earn points towards many different gift cards. Huge golf course. Pet friendly!

Verified Renter The staff is wonderful. Maintenance team is great too. Biggest issue is the in and out wifi on a daily basis. Makes it difficult when working from home.

Verified Renter Overpriced. Maintenance takes DAYS to even respond to your issue (and sometimes, days more to actually do something). Was nice when this was an Avalon property, but management here doesn't seem to care. They don't address any issues. Snow removal is a joke (so it's a good thing we didn't have any snow this year). Lawn care just rips up the grass and flings chunks of it at your porch.
