Comfortable and warm atmosphere, clean and beautifully manicured and very well kept landscapes, attentive maintenance as well as a very friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable and reachable management and staff are just a few of the reasons that make it a wonderful environment to live in.

I was pleased with maintenance during the holidays... I was pleased with maintenance during the holidays. They were fast and SUPER friendly. So far it is clean, the trash service is fast, and so far no issues one month into it.

It’s a great upscale community. The clubhouse has ... It’s a great upscale community. The clubhouse has great amenities. The only real negative is the parking is quite difficult sometimes. I wish they would have assigned each resident their own space so that we wouldn’t have to compete for parking spots

Best complex I’ve loved in as far as the value. S... Best complex I’ve loved in as far as the value. Spacious apartments with lots of closets, big plus! Beautiful pool, walking trails throughout the community. Staff is friendly and takes care of your needs. Maintenance is always quick and friendly as well. Only issue I have here is parking, there isn’t enough of it and wish they implented assigned parking at least one spot per apartment, I mean they charge for parking ($10/month) other than that it’s great!
