Overpriced without upgrades This place charges so much considering they haven’t upgraded the place since it was built. Black mold visible around the windows inside the apartments and very cheap looking lighting and kitchen cabinets, appliances etc Upgrade or lower your prices!

Terrible place to live Title says it all. Used to be a great place to live but the new management is money hungry. They never answer the phone when you call. They often take weeks to respond to maintenance requests. Quality of apartments, amenities, and the grounds are deteriorating. Would not recommend living here.
Avalon Pines Coarm We feel like Where living on a vacation resort!!! management and staff are great and very helpful with any needs you request. Community is so clean you feel like your entering a vacation resort!! Apartments are great with an open floor plan and modern amenities that truly do make you feel like your living at a home and not just an apartment.
Great Area, Maintenance Services, Amenities, and Neighborhood The subject header says it all! This community is just that, a community that is safe, worry-free of maintenance, full of wonderful accommodated amenities, and a wonderful neighborhood surrounded by friendly people. Whenever I need a service done, the Avalon staff is eager to help mitigate any issues I'm having, even going above-and-beyond to going over any potential costs to myself before starting the work. Wonderful place!!! I love my apartment! When I moved in the apartment was incredibly clean! I was able to move right in! The grounds are kept very nicely and the staff is very nice, friendly and helpful! I feel very safe here. Maintenance handles any calls very quickly.
Avalon an oasis The community is clean and pretty. Neighbors are nice. Prices are expensive, but they keep everything beautiful. Surrounding neighborhoods not the best, but you don't care when you enter this oasis in coram
