I think the Point at Pine Ridge community is a gre... I think the Point at Pine Ridge community is a great place to leave in Long Island. The service quality is high and the local team promptly responds to any request. We are living in a 2-bedroom unit with a garage. We have all convenient features like washers and dryers, gourmet kitchens, spacious closets, and private terraces. The rooms are spacy and excellent fits for families with kids. I was pleased with maintenance during the holidays... I was pleased with maintenance during the holidays. They were fast and SUPER friendly. So far it is clean, the trash service is fast, and so far no issues one month into it.

It’s a great upscale community. The clubhouse has ... It’s a great upscale community. The clubhouse has great amenities. The only real negative is the parking is quite difficult sometimes. I wish they would have assigned each resident their own space so that we wouldn’t have to compete for parking spots
