Verified Renter Nice quiet place/neighborhood. Apartment has very Spacious bedrooms. Balcony is a plus. As well as the Pool. They offer a Rewards program, which you can earn points towards many different gift cards. Huge golf course. Pet friendly!

Verified Renter Overpriced. Maintenance takes DAYS to even respond to your issue (and sometimes, days more to actually do something). Was nice when this was an Avalon property, but management here doesn't seem to care. They don't address any issues. Snow removal is a joke (so it's a good thing we didn't have any snow this year). Lawn care just rips up the grass and flings chunks of it at your porch. The service quality is high and the local team promptly responds to any request. We are living in a 2-bedroom unit with a garage.
