Verified Renter The increases on rent have been astronomical. Every unit is treated differently on the increase. Property need updates lights broken, mailbox areas damaged, huge pot hole at entrance.

Verified Renter Been here over 3 years…moved from one unit to another, and love it even more than my first one. Staff is great, maintenance requests are done timely. They always have events going on which is nice. You pay a lot of $$ to live somewhere so nice they give back a bit!

Verified Renter Spacious apartment, maintenance is efficient, very dog friendly, love the walking path, food trucks and community events. Would like better appliances and better insulation, I hear the neighbors above and the garage next door, as our bedroom wall is shared with the neighbors garage.

Verified Renter Place is nice just Appliances need updating and Windows need to be replaced they don’t stay open or some don’t open. Haven’t been to the gym bc I don’t know where it is located would’ve been nice to get a map of the complex when moved in. Love the food trucks weekly nice touch to the complex.
