Verified Renter I’m on my third year here and I love living at Pine Ridge. Summer is here and the pool is just wonderful and relaxing. The staff always has food trucks and events at the leasing office.

Verified Renter Excellent location, layout of the apartment is convenient, amenities are as expected except the golf course is discounted to residents I wish the cart rentals were discounted and the green fees were free as a perk to living in the middle of the golf course (but I really can’t complain). Otherwise, the community is VERY like INCREDIBLY clean, (almost) daily valet trash service and roaming trash pickup around the neighborhood during the day by groundskeepers is really nice.
