Verified Renter Lived here for three years and it seems the quality of customer service from the office declined as the price went up. Certain apartments were remodeled but few tenants were aware, maintenance requests get started after a week or two, and packages do not always make it to our property. Hopefully if this will continue be our home area, the individuals can have it feel like such.

Verified Renter It is a decent place to live. The maintenance men have been good and the office staff has always been helpful. I hear the people above me a little bit it is pretty quiet overall.

Verified Renter I love my apartment but maintenance has gotten really slack my microwave has been broke for three months and then you had to come fix it at first we kept missing each other so I'll take half the credit or blame for that but now I see the point where they don't even acknowledge me anymore as far as the rent goes they've messed that all up first I had a credit now I'm in debt to them they don't know what's going on I think we got new property management though so maybe things will get better we'll see

Verified Renter Only complaint is towards actual tenets who don’t want to cleanup after themselves or their pets. Everything else is lovely, including the offices response to this issue. Great basketball court, a small dog park, and plenty of areas for kids and adults alike.
