Verified Renter Worst experience trying to even get approved to move in. Von is the least helpful person I have met in my life. They dont care about fixing your place after you've signed the contract. And You can never get ahold of anyone in the office.

Verified Renter I've only lived at Parke for 2 months and haven't met many of my neighbors. I do like the location close to many of my favorite outdoor activities. I hope that the pool is open soon for those hot days in summer

Verified Renter It’s been ok , there’s a lot that could be done with the place for the amount we pay but it’s not bad. Staff has changed so we will see what changes we have to come. Roaches definitely should be dealt with. Roaches and spiders , some apartments are infested.

Communication from management could be more consistent and transparent, especially when it comes to maintenance requests and community updates. Timeliness and follow-through on repairs have been hit or miss. The potential is definitely there, but some improvements in responsiveness and overall organization would make a big difference.
