Verified Renter Initially there were a lot of things wrong with the apartment but I was able to get everything fixed prior to move in so I love it now! They need to make sure these apartments are walked and everything is up to par prior to renting.

Verified Renter I think it’s a cute little apartment. There are definitely somethings that need to be fixed/upgraded. My service requests have not been taken care of so far and it’s been over a week. That is worrisome. Overall everyone is quiet and keep to themselves. I think it’s a good start for anyone looking to start over or move out on their own. Von was amazing and has been pretty decent with communication and helped me get into a better apartment so I appreciate That.

Verified Renter Sing a few bugs but went out and got spray. Other than that enjoying the apartment. Neighbors are friendly and are on the same side of the building as well.

Verified Renter Roach infestation. I’m terrified of roaches and living here has been a nightmare. Pest control doesn’t really help much so you’ll have to pay even more out of pocket to possibly get it under control. There were many issues with the unit upon move in. Staff isn’t very responsive and you’ll have to eventually go to the office if you want to talk to someone. Honestly, I regret moving in. Save yourself the stress and find somewhere else to live. I’m now just waiting for my move out date.
