Verified Renter Roach infestation. I’m terrified of roaches and living here has been a nightmare. Pest control doesn’t really help much so you’ll have to pay even more out of pocket to possibly get it under control. There were many issues with the unit upon move in. Staff isn’t very responsive and you’ll have to eventually go to the office if you want to talk to someone. Honestly, I regret moving in. Save yourself the stress and find somewhere else to live. I’m now just waiting for my move out date.

Verified Renter Do not expect them to ever answer the phone. As a resident it is almost impossible to ever reach them via phone resulting in you having to go to the office every time. Office staff does not communicate between themselves or check emails.

Verified Renter Absolutely love the location and apartment. Only downside is people not cleaning up after themselves in the courtyards. Would definitely recommend as we’ve made some good friends here!

Verified Renter Quite community with plenty of amenities! The kids are able to ride their bikes, no spending through the parking areas. Convenient package station= No porch pirates!!
Verified Renter There was a lot of delay with moving in on my moving day and they were painting and cleaning on my move in day which just kinda rushed everything. Some minor maintenance issues need to be fixed but other than that the community has been great. The apartment and amenities are definitely worth it and I really like the smart locks and even my neighbors and maintenance are great they offered Assistance and all when unloading my U-Haul since I wasn’t able to start till 7pm.

Verified Renter It’s getting better, more cleaner just need to be more safe, roaches are still an issue but everything else is ok. Dog park need to be cleaner and need to start fines if no one pick up poop. Staff are Amazing. Just the apartments need alil more care
