If you are looking for a real estate agent, Nick is your guy. I rated Nick 5 stars in all phases because he is that good. He is knowledgeable and familiar with the Rhode Island market, eager, and honest. My wife and I couldn't be happier that Nick helped us find our first home. Nick helped us purchase our new home and we had a wonderful experience! He answered our questions at all times of the day, advised us through the negotiation process, and recommended great local companies for moving, contractor needs, etc. He always made us feel like a top priority and was extremely organized, and we had a very smooth closing thanks to his help. Nick made my first home purchase feel like I was a realtor buying and selling for years. He was very patient and knowledgeable. He was not looking for a quick sale and he would give me honest advice on houses I was interested in even if it meant me not buying a specific home.
